Teens discovering their options

You are more than your grades

Orienteen helps you see what is actually possible — beyond exams, beyond pressure, beyond the obvious path.

Stories in motion

Our mission is captured in one bold phrase: “From TEEN to THINGS”

Why Orienteen Exists

Orienteen Programs is dedicated to educating, empowering, and exposing young people in underserved communities to modern career pathways, digital skills training, and meaningful job opportunities — equipping the next generation with the tools they need to thrive in today's economy.

Our goal is to help teenagers and young people skill up and scale up.

  • Education

We expose and train young people on modern career paths — what is possible, what skills are needed, and how different careers work in the real world.

  • Empowerment

Structured learning focused on skill mastery. Young people build practical abilities to solve problems, start businesses, and create value.

  • Employment

We connect learning to experience through internship opportunities — real work environments, hands-on exposure, and a path forward.

Education impact

Bridging classroom learning and real-world readiness

Orienteen helps students think beyond traditional paths and helps schools improve guidance quality. We make career options visible, practical, and actionable while learners are still in school, out of school or done with school.

SDG 4 & SDG 8 in action

We align with Quality Education and Decent Work by helping young people move beyond exams into practical, future-ready learning — building the career awareness and skills that lead to meaningful employment and entrepreneurship.

Exposure and Mentorship before and after graduation

Teenagers and young people discover what careers look like in practice and gain mentorship to guide their next steps.

Value-focused outcomes

We shift mindsets from only getting a degree to creating value with knowledge across industries and communities.

What we do

What Orienteen offers

Three programs bridging school learning and real-world opportunity for teenagers and young people.

School outreach

Career Awareness Project (CAP)

An awareness program where we visit schools and talk to students about modern careers they should know — exposing them to opportunities that exist beyond traditional paths.

02

Community engagement

Street Career Orientation (SCOT)

We interview random young people on the street — asking about their interests, skills, what they are doing, and what they know about career options available to them.

03

Online learning

Career Webinar Series

A series where we host career professionals to talk or teach about career-related topics — giving young people direct access to real industry insights and guidance.
